Cancellations
Any cancellations made within 24 hours notice will require full payment.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours will require to pay 50% of the clean.
Please make us aware of anyone in the home who is unwell and then we can make a decision if we are comfortable to enter and clean your home.
If we arrive to clean and you have forgot we are coming full payment will be required.
Holidays
If you have a holiday booked please try to give us as much notice as possible if you do not require your clean.
Payments
Payments must be made within 24hrs of your clean being carried out ,if payments are not made after a week a £10 late payment fee will be added.
Deposits
We will require a £40 deposit when booking any of the following services.
Deep Clean
End Of Tenancy
Carpets and Upholstery
Ovens
Complaint Policy
We always aim to deliver the highest standard of cleaning and complete customer satisfaction.
If you are not fully satisfied with our service, any complaints must be made within 24 hours of the clean taking place.
Once notified, we will promptly review and rectify any issues to ensure the quality meets our professional standards.
Cancelling our services
We require 1 Months notice if you wish to no longer use our service .
